I was mostly amused by your exasperated tone throughout the post - highly entertaining! I would most certainly bin dive for the cheapest of cheap mascaras out there if it works well because mascaras are such chores for me with zero glamour factor involved. Unfortunately, it seems to be such an individual thing between the wand, formula and wearer's lash issues, that I can't rely on mascara reviews and simply must test drive each (usually) crappy offering one at a time. I love how your lashes lo...No.. the flake of death! I love how your lashes look, though. Lately I've been into Maybelline: Colossal and the Falsies. Both are volumizing, I found Colossal's brush a bit better & more separating than the Falsies. Both are on the wet-side of formulation (wet = volumizing = lashes clumping together) so that's what to watch out for. Another go-to is L'Oreal Voluminous. My previous HG was Le Grand Curl, I think I'm still grieving from the lost of it.. it was my go-to mascara for sure and I have yet to find something else like that.Clairehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18179420902933819052noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7589727970044632991.post-2270704283810901712014-05-11T18:06:38.323-04:002014-05-11T18:06:38.323-04:00I hate flaking too, and I feel like recently I'...I hate flaking too, and I feel like recently I've had bad luck with mascara flakes - even my old-time favorite like Covergirl Lash Blast started flaking on me! Even ones I used to love seem-different now.
